When it comes to buying a home or selling a home in Waukesha and the surrounding Milwaukee metro areas, title insurance is very important. Unless you are actively in the real estate market, title insurance is something that is little thought of and many of our clients have questions about.

In this edition of Tuesday Two Cents, I sat down with Kathy Reinoos, Vice President at Heritage Title, a title company that is owned by Shorewest Realtors, and had her explain what title insurance all is about.
