Learning, growing, and developing as a Real Estate Agent is CRITICAL. Not only is the market always changing, but so is technology.

There is always a new way to market a house, or to get in front of as many buyers as possible.

Since I started in Real Estate, education is something I always valued, and even after being in this business for over 20 years, I am still a student at heart, and enjoy learning new ways and trends in the market.

Sue started her career as a real estate agent with Shorewest Realtors in 1994. Since then she has built a large practice of helping Home Sellers and Buyers all over Waukesha County, and surrounding Metro Milwaukee areas.

13 years ago her son, Travis Derby, joined her and together they formed Derby Realtors, a team working at Shorewest Realtors.
