Sue started her career as a real estate agent with Shorewest Realtors in 1994. Since then she has built a large practice of helping Home Sellers and Buyers all over Waukesha County, and surrounding Metro Milwaukee areas.

13 years ago her son, Travis Derby, joined her and together they formed Derby Realtors, a team working at Shorewest Realtors.
